We have a 14-day return policy for items that are non personalized, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Personalized Items Return Policy
Due to the unique and customized nature of our monogrammed gifts, all personalized products are final sale. However, if there’s an error on our part, we will promptly replace your item at no extra cost to you. If the mistake is on your end, we’re here to assist you. We’ll work with you to correct the issue and share the cost of replacing the item.
Please include the item/s you wish to return and post mark them by the 14th day of you receiving them to the address on the packing slip/ invoice. All Merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with original tags attached.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges , as we cannot guarantee the availability of an item once your return is processed. Our policy does not allow us to "hold" merchandise. However, once your store credit is issued, you can use it towards any item of your choice.
Store Credit:
We process our returns within 2-3 business days.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
